Who is in charge of my camper?
Alpine is well known for making our staff go through vigorous training and background checks before they are allowed to work with your camper. Rest easy knowing that we're here to serve your camper and keep them safe.

What if my camper isn't eating enough?
Our kitchen serves more than enough food for all campers. Sometimes the camper doesn't eat because either they aren't feeling well or don't like the meal. There is at least one counselor at every table and they are trained to spot incidents like this and help talk the camper into eating enough to stay healthy. It is our top priority to keep your camper safe, and that includes making sure they eat enough.
My camper has dietary needs. Do I need to pack special food?
We are on board with you when it comes to making sure your camper is eating the proper food for their diet. Our head chef makes unique meals to fit every diet that comes through his kitchen. As long as you fill it out on your camper's registration form, you're good to go. Still concerned? We understand.

Where can I apply for a scholarship?
What if there's an emergency at home?
If there's an emergency that requires communication with your child, please call us!  Our main office line is 909.337.6287 or (800) 350-6289.  If you call after business hours, dial the main office line, and then extension 123, which will connect you to our overnight host phone.  We will get you in touch with your camper as soon as possible.  
I'm having issues with the registration website. What do I do?
Not a problem at all. Call us at 909-337-6287 and we would be more than happy to troubleshoot with you.
Where is the nearest hospital? What about SHERIFF's STATION? 
We are only 5.5 miles away from Mountain Community Hospital. That's only 10 minutes tops! 

The Sheriffs are even closer. Twin Peaks Sheriff's Station is only 1.4 miles away and 5 minutes to get to!
