PURPOSE STATEMENT

Students will be called to recognize the centrality of Christ in every aspect of their lives. Campers will be challenged as Christ followers to actively participate in the “ministry of reconciliation” and reflect God’s purposes in their lifestyle, words, and actions.

STUDENTS WILL EXPERIENCE THE GOSPEL IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

    • My life has eternal value to God and to his kingdom purpose.
    • What Satan tries to destroy, God can redeem (i.e., my struggles, hardships, self-doubt, and fears).
    • I can be used by God to change the course of someone’s eternal destiny.

DESIRED PROGRAM OUTCOMES AND INDICATORS:

    • Desired Outcome: Salvation - Every camper will understand their uniqueness, created in the image of       God, and have the opportunity to know Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

           o Indicator: Each camper will have the opportunity to respond favorably to an age relevant               presentation of the gospel and develop a growing relationship with Christ evidenced by the fruit of               the Spirit

    • Desired Outcome: Discipleship - Campers will be encouraged to actively participate in the “ministry of       reconciliation” and be an agent of Christ’s presence in their circle of influence. God, and have the       opportunity to know Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

           o Indicator: Campers will be encouraged to articulate their personal testimony and share their faith               with family and friends. presentation of the gospel and develop a growing relationship with Christ               evidenced by the fruit of the Spirit

    • Desired Outcome: Personal Spiritual Gift Development - Campers will be encouraged to explore,       identify, and develop their God-given spiritual gifts and personal potential. reconciliation” and be an       agent of Christ’s presence in their circle of influence.            o Indicator: Campers will be encouraged to see and explore their personal God-given life potential               and be given opportunities to share their gifts in the music and the arts on Share Your Gift night.

We want to give you the support you need to promote summer camp! If you are a church or group looking for materials to put up and hand out to create awareness for camp, call Alpine's head office (909.337.6287) and we will send you out some high quality material!
SCHOLARSHIPS:
Scholarships are available for those who have a financial need. To apply please fill out the Financial Aid Application section of the Registration Form.
