  • What camps or programs do you offer?
  • Can I register by phone?
    • Alpine must have a completed and signed registration form for all program campers. Forms can be found on our Forms page. Click on the camp you wish to attend: locate and download the PDF registration form and print the form. Complete and send to Alpine Camp and Conference Center along with your full payment. If you would like to expedite this process you can fax the form and call us with a credit card number.
  • Are there scholarships available?
    • We offer scholarships for up to ½ off the camper fee for qualified applicants. Please contact the office to see if there are funds available and what is needed to qualify for scholarship assistance.

  • How can I apply for a job at Alpine?
    • Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, Alpine is a great place to work. If you would like to see what positions are available or apply online click here.
  • What is the weather going to be like when I come to camp?
    • Mountain weather can be unpredictable. For the most up to date information please visit Intellicast.com
  • How can I contact my child or loved one in case of emergency?
    • Should you need to contact your camper please call our office at 909-337-6287.  We will do our best to locate your camper as quickly as possible and have them return your call.  It will be helpful if you can tell us which church group they are with.
  • Can I call my child at camp?
    • Yes, but please keep calls to a minimum.  Too many phone calls can be a distraction.  Messages are taken and handed out at meal times or at the end of the day with mail/e-mail delivery.
  • How can I contact someone at Alpine after hours?
    • Please call 909-337-6287 and follow the prompts.  You can reach a host by dialing extension 123.
  • Can my child call me?
    • Yes, we have three pay phones on campus for our guests to use.  You might want to provide a calling card for your camper's use.
  • How would I send a letter or package?
    • Information on sending letters, packages, and email to your camper is available on our Contact Page.
  • Worried that your package won’t get here in time?!!
    • Items can be purchased from our gift shop and delivered to your camper.  Please call Kim at 909-337-6287 (ext. 107) for details!
  • How do I get to Alpine Camp and Conference Center and are there any detours?
    • Directions and detour information is available on our Maps Page.
  • Do I need tire chains?
    • It is always a good idea to carry tire chains with you when traveling to the mountains in the winter. For up to date road conditions you may call the Cal Trans 800 number: (800) 427-7623. Highways traveled are (18) or (330). Click here to visit our weather/road conditions link.
  • Can I send snacks to my child?
    • Yes, but moderation is the key. Snacks are also available for purchase in our vending machines and gift shop.
  • What do I pack for camp?
    • A letter is sent to each individual that registers for a “Program Camp” stating what to bring, where to go, and when the camp starts and ends. If you are coming with a church group, a letter is sent to the church coordinator listing what to bring and how to get to Alpine. Ask your church group leader for this information.   • My child has food allergies what should I do?
    • Our food service department does a great job of handling these special needs. Please list these allergies on your registration form.  Our Food Service department will be made aware of your needs.
  • Can I see pictures of my child on your website?
    • We post pictures that are taken during our program camps on our web site here.
      (We only provide this service for Alpine programmed camps.)
  • Can I e-mail my child?
    • Yes, the address is alpinecc@alpine-cc.org Please make sure you list the campers name and the group they are coming with in the “Subject” area.
  • What if my child forgot to bring something?
    • In our gift shop we do have many items available that are commonly forgotten.
  • How can I make a donation to Alpine?
    • If you would like to help support Alpine in reaching young people for Christ click here.
  • How much money should I bring?
    • See your registration form for scheduled activities and any additional costs that may be involved.  You may want to also bring additional money for the Gift Shop where we offer a large variety of gifts, coffee and smoothies. Yum!
  • What activities do you have?
    • Alpine offers an exciting variety of outdoor activities.  We have basketball, sand volleyball, street hockey, disc golf, horseshoes, archery, carpet ball, and during summer months we have our heated pool open.  We also have a beautiful new artificial turf ball field for your use!

      In addition, we have paintball, a ropes course, 300 ft. zip line, and climbing wall available for an additional charge.
  • How do I register for camp?
    • If you would like to register for one of our program camps you can register as an individual or contact your church and have them register as a group.
